Welcome to my web page of images, some from Earth and many from our solar system and deep space. Most of the earthly images are taken near Divide, Colorado, which is in the Colorado Rockies at 9200 ft. I became a visual amateur astronomer in 1996 and it didn't take long to get into the astro imaging side of it. I've used various equipment in the past and am currently using a Canon 40D, a TV85 or Canon lenses for astro imaging. The h-alpha solar images are done with a Solarmax 60 filter. Enjoy. |
